Shipping & Insurance
Orders usually ship between 7 and 10 business days. Frontier typically ships to addresses within the U.S. For insurance purposes, all packages will not ship to mail drop locations. We prefer a physical address; however, if purchased with by ACH or bank wire we will to UPS stores or mailboxes upon customer request. Our ideal secured shipping service is Federal Express through First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Saver depending on the value and weight of the package.
The Frontier family is temporarily unable to do business in Minnesota.
Every package that leaves our office is fully insured throughout its duration. Meaning if any item is broken or unfortunately lost, the client will receive a full reimbursement for the package. However, upon receipt of the package and proof of a required signature, our insurance policy will cease all coverage.
Shipping inventory across the country is the essence of our business practice. Therefore, it is of much importance that we provide protection (insurance) and discretion when shipping our packages. Each package will discretely come with the initials of our company, so that the package will not indicate Frontier Precious Metals. When it is time for us to ship, we send every order through (3) of our highly trained shipping analyst for inspection and review of the product concerning the order placed by the client. After, we have triple checked all orders to make sure everything is complete and accurate, then the contents are securely enveloped in protective packaging and placed inside the shipping parcel and completely sealed.
If any of Frontier Precious Metal clients are not completely satisfied with their purchase we will gladly exchange, refund or credit the value of the merchandise within a 14-day period.
